Khaosan Palace Hotel

Economy priced. Free wi-fi. Close to many attractions. Nice coffee shop in lobby with AC.

Very loud until 2am every night. Hard/uncomfortable beds/pillows. Breakfast was disappointing. Room had two twin beds for a married couple, versus a single bed.

My husband and I were giving a twin room with two separate beds I don’t know why because this is the first time this has happened

The space of the room is huge and very clean. Silent place to relax. Surrounded with a peaceful sound less place. So relaxing

The receptionists are so unhelpful, they do not respect the guests. They do not provide any help. The time we checked in , no body even came next to the taxi to help us with our luggage while we were having many luggage, they ignored us !!!!

Location, staff, room

I have stayed in thousands of hotels across many countries, and this is by far the cleanest hotel I have ever experienced. Although it is a budget hotel, it offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, surrounded by affordable street food, restaurants, and vibrant nightclubs. If you are looking for a clean, safe, and conveniently located hotel, this is the perfect choice.

Very nice rooms. Nice area. Good swimming pool with a view. As long as you can easily sleep through the night, and not be bothered by night club noise as I can, this is a great hotel. They offer very nice breakfasts at the cafe for a modest price. I love the location, with lots of clubs, restaurants, and entertainment. I have stayed here 3 times now.

The water pressure in the shower is a bit low. They have an old-style wifi system where you have to login to it with an account name and password, and it makes you login again and again and again, which is very annoying.

Location was good and so was the rooftop pool. People were also nice.

I could have given this hotel a zero star for cleanliness if it was available, but 2 should be decent since the staff were nice and accommodating and also, the location was great. Close to everything. It really was just all the cockroaches all over the unit. Sanitation was the worse. And the beds were hard as rock, towels seemed to have never been washed. But good thing we always bring our own. So didn’t make a biggie out of it.

Right in the action of Khaosan Road, nice rooftop pool, hospitable hotel staff and neat, clean room. Ear plugs are provided. Very affordable.

Definitely a hotel for partygoers; so if you wanted a quiet resting place in the city, you'll have to look elsewhere ?

First of all.. if you're a light sleeper dont go to this street lol. Very loud music, bars and clubs in front of the hotel that play music until morning. Luckily I dont care and fall asleep immediately no matter what's happening. >>>>>>> besides that, clean, great location, not too expensive.

Great location, rooftop pool. Friendly staff... Perfect for our stay in Khaosan Rd.

It is located on the most touristic party street, perfect if you want a night life. The room and the hotel itself was ok. There is a bus stop in 10-15 minutes if you need to go to Dong Mueang airport.

It's a very crowded place. Just exit from the hotel and you're on this suoer noisy street, even it's difficult to walk there especially at night. So, if you want a littbe bit more quite you'd better choose anothet place. The location is good, close to the Grand Palace but there is no metro station nearby and you have to order a bika or taxi.
